Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that our solutions align perfectly with client requirements. You will engage in pre-sales activities, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical support throughout the sales process. Your expertise in cloud technologies and project management will be essential in driving successful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships to build sales for customer base
  • Provide application and sales support to customers
  • Technical Assistance and Pricing
  • Plan and Spec project estimating
  • Design build technical assistance and equipment proposals
  • Marketing and account development

Education/Experience

  • Associate HVAC, Bachelors of Science in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Experience with estimating plan/spec projects preferred.

Key Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Fluent with computer applications and operating systems including Windows and all Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions without close supervision
  • Accurate, efficient, and capable of troubleshooting
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in organizational structure and move among departments when necessary
  • Maintain respect for confidential information at all times.
