An HVAC Customer Service Representative is responsible, organized and knows how to deliver a great customer experience in customer order fulfillment, mostly by interfacing via phone and email.
The primary duties of a Customer Service Representative include the following: Interfacing with customers and maintaining customer relationships, processing and fulfilling customer orders and creating impactful experiences for our customers.
Customer experience is top priority which requires Customer Service Representatives to have knowledge of HVAC products, an understanding of the customer’s needs and the ability to exceed their expectations. Furthermore, timeliness, promptness, and cleanliness for all aspects of the daily duties are required.
