The Warehouse/CSR ideal candidate is responsible, organized and knows how to deliver a great customer experience in customer order fulfillment, in person and via phone and email.
The primary duties of the warehouse/CSR position include the following: operating a folklift, conduction precise physical inventory counts, quality control, interfacing with customers and maintaining customer relationships, processing and fulfilling customer orders and creating impactful experiences for our customers.
Customer experience is top priority which requires the warehouse/CSR candidate to have an understanding of the customer’s needs and the ability to exceed their expectations. Furthermore, timeliness, promptness, and cleanliness for all aspects of the daily duties are required.
